Control when Auto-Pay runs

Currently auto-pay rules run at 2AM Central. If you run invoices on a particular day, the auto-pay does not kick into the following day. Which slows down the ability to receive the payment. Should be able to trigger auto-pay to run. Or to control the schedule. Preferable to be able to do both.
