Have an alert when an invoice is schedule to send but there is no contact

Currently, if you have a PSA send an invoice but the AP company does not have an email address on file to send the invoice, nothing happens. It would be helpful for there to be some kind of alert (SMTP) when an invoice is schedule to send but there is no email on file.
