When an individual requests access to the system, we receive a notification and can locate them under the “Requesting Access” tab. However, the interface does not currently indicate which organization the individual is attempting to access. This becomes a significant challenge for clients using corporate email domains across multiple accounts.
For example, several of our dealer groups operate 20+ stores and use the same corporate email structure. Without visibility into the specific organization being requested, we face inefficiencies and risk granting access to the wrong account.
There appears to be available real estate on the page next to the “Email” and “Signed Up On” fields where the Company Name could be displayed. Adding this would provide immediate clarity and greatly improve the approval process — especially for businesses like ours that manage numerous clients under a shared domain.
We believe this enhancement would benefit not just our team, but any partner working with multi-location clients or shared corporate email structures.
