Put links in the Secondary Text section of an email template.

When we emailed invoices from PSA, we had hyperlinks in those documents that are now missing from the email that is sent to our customers. We urgently need this functionality.

If the Secondary Text cannot be a WYSIWYG HTML, at least allow us to paste in the appropriate HTML with links.
