We tried to move to a different software system last year but it didn’t work well so we reverted back to SYNCRO. However, we LOVED your payment system!
We did the same as the OP, but we continue to use AP…In fact, I know for a fact that Syncro is currently looking for a new ACH vendor.

I would love to see a SyncroMSP integration as well. My clients would like to see and manage their tickets form the customer portal as well. Very similar to ConnectBooster.
